The trust placed in him by his leaders, together with the freedom that came with it, has motivated him to drive changes that are personally meaningful to him and that have a tangible impact on the customer experience.

What fulfills him most is seeing these changes become reality. When new customer consultation concepts are developed together with stores, tested, and rolled out, and when teams experience how they support daily work and benefit customers, that is when he feels most proud.
