We invited students and recent graduates to our Open Office Days to give them a glimpse into our work environment. The focus was on how we work, what we stand for, and the career paths available at our company.
In addition to our company history and networking, the event also featured specific questions for our Talent Acquisition Team regarding entry-level opportunities and the application process. The exchange was particularly valuable, whether during the Q&A with our Executive Board Member for People, Digital & IT, Katja Groß, or in the many conversations that took place in between. Topics such as cultural change, AI in the workplace, and diverse career paths highlighted what many people are currently thinking about.
And, of course, the event was also about experiencing the Head Office together—from our modern work environment to the Fielmann Experience, which immerses visitors in Fielmann’s history and demonstrates how sight and hearing are part of our daily lives.
