Katja Groß started her journey at Fielmann 25 years ago. Since then, she has taken on a variety of roles – with growing responsibility and a constant drive to rethink and move things forward.
Today, she is part of the Management Board, leading People, Digital & IT, and driving Fielmann’s continued development.
What has shaped her along the way? Taking responsibility, advancing development and actively shaping change, while staying true to what defines Fielmann. For her, one thing is clear: at the heart of everything are the people – both our customers and our employees.
