Janine's Career Story
Janine joined Fielmann in 2022. As Head of People Business Partner and Administration, she and her team shape key people topics at our Head Office. From leadership support and works council collaboration to health management and apprenticeship programs.
She connects perspectives and builds bridges across functions. Recognizing the value of cross-functional exchange, she helped initiate the Women’s Network. What started small now connects more than 400 women across stores and Head Office.
It’s about courage, visibility, and real questions: What career paths are possible? How do we support each other in taking the next step?
From digital sessions grew mentoring relationships, Working Out Loud circles, and a Female Leadership Summit across the DACH region. The result: greater confidence and networks that support everyday collaboration.
